Christa Hagen studied law at the University of Constance from 2003 to 2008 with a focus on criminal law and completed her legal training at the Regional Court of Constance with a focus on labour law from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, Christa Hagen was admitted to the bar and worked as an attorney at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tax & Legal – Public Services department, in Stuttgart in the area of labour law. From 2012 to 2018, she worked as a solicitor at Dr. Bechtold Kieninger & Kollegen in Karlsruhe and from 2018 to 2020 as s solicitor at Maisenbacher Hort + Partner, also in Karlsruhe. In 2015 she was awarded the title of a Specialist Solicitor in Labour Law. From 2012 to 2020, she also worked as an External Data Protection Officer.
