RB – INDI­VI­DU­AL LABOUR LAW

We advi­se our cli­ents in the ent­i­re area of indi­vi­du­al labour law, i.e. in par­ti­cu­lar indi­vi­du­al labour con­tracts and labour law dis­pu­tes with indi­vi­du­als. We sup­port the manage­ment in all legal ques­ti­ons in the con­text of indi­vi­du­al con­tracts begin­ning with draf­ting employ­ment con­tracts and ending with the ter­mi­na­ti­on and the win­ding-up of ter­mi­na­ted employ­ment con­tracts. If requi­red, we take mat­ters to court in all instan­ces from local courts to the Federal Labour Court.
